Received my first mechanical error in the mail

Just received a batch of grades back yesterday on a Modern submission (grades posted in 20 days), when the grades posted, I noticed there was a Jefferson Nickel stuck in the middle of my quarters in the submission. I thought this odd as I normally sort my submissions by denomination when submitting them.
When I received them yesterday, sure enough, they slabbed my quarter as a nickel. Looking back at my submission form, I had apparently selected the incorrect denomination from the online submission form, and had entered it as a nickel. IMO they also forgot to put the CAM designation on the holder...but I suppose I'll forgive that.
Who knew you could order up a mechanical error?

This came back the other day.
They left it open so you could dip the "tarnish" off of it.

Lance.
The slab label came back as "1879-CC $10 XF-40". I got it fixed at a subsequent Long Beach show.

Oh well.... stuff happens . If they pay for it to be shipped back and fixed no real harm, right?
