Dalton, GA show this weekend

YorkshiremanYorkshireman Posts: 4,583 ✭✭✭✭✭
Who is going to the Dalton show and when?

I usually go on Friday but will be there on Saturday this year.

In addition to dealers, I am hoping to connect with some fellow collectors in the southeast.

Please post or PM me if you are attending.

    Brian,

Dalton is closer to Manchester than LAX!

Come on back for the weekend. We can hunt for some "O" mint gold together.

I'd love to go but after a 12 hr flight to CA and two London coin trips planned for September I have reached the limits of my wife's tolerance for my hobby and her patience in watching an active 4yr old by herself.

I understand and didn't really expect you to catch a flight for a regional show across the pond. I am going because it is a 2 hour drive.

My wife rolls her eyes at me when I talk about going to a show. She once said to me:

"I can't think of anything more boring than walking around an auditorium looking at other people's coins!"

While I strongly disagree with her, I can see her point if one does not have a collector gene.

There have to be more forum members who live in the southeast who at least have thought about going to Dalton for a day.

JJSingleton and I plan to meet at the show on Saturday.

    Anyone else out there?
