A couple of new half dimes from ANA for my Registry Set

I consider both of these to be upgrades. The first is 1829 LM-16.2 PCGS MS63, an upgrade from my current set piece (graded XF45). The second is 1829 LM-7.3 PCGS AU58, which I consider an upgrade from an eye appeal standpoint to my current set piece (MS63). I will get around to adding them to the Registry Set when I take a break from catching salmon...
Both came from David Kahn

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Good Lord, that 7.3 makes me speechless. Doesn't get much better than that in my book.
it was an easy call to ditch the MS63 for this AU58 example!
Lovely coins!

When I was a young collector in the mid 1960s, the most common dates were listed in the Gimbels coin catalog for $55 in Gem Unc. When I tried to buy one, the guys there told me that "They were tough in Unc."

I have just one HD, an 1829 in AU58, toned and crusty.

Yeah, those are nice. I notice you aren't posting the nice halves you may have been picking up, ya mutt!

this from CRO. 1834 LM-2 PCGS MS63. Will upgrade my set piece for this common die marriage from a 58
this from a while back from Rare Coins of NH. R4 die marriage. Have a 63 in the slot now, this 64 will take its place
and if it matters...
1834 is in a PCGS OGH and has a green CAC sticker.
1832 was in a PCGS OGH with a CAC sticker (until I sent it in for attribution on the label)
It was nice to see you at the show.
