Nothing wrong with MS half cents! I have an example of the same date in MS64 RB as a type coin. Wish mine was the 12-star variety, but it's the more common 13-stars variety.

That's a real beauty, and in a nice holder. It's a gorgeous coin that would make any collector proud!

In my experience, the difference between 63 and 64 is full strike and full luster across the fields. From the photos, yours seems to fit the bill. But I think it's more desirable in the current holder with the green bean.
