Todd images from Baltimore - part of my herd

My trips to Baltimore these days are more about submissions, sales/consignments, show and tell and catching up with folks than NewPs. Last show I spent more on lunch than I did coins. One of the joys of the show is to have Todd Pollock image my more attractive NewPs from other venues, and here I share the images I had taken at the last show.

The T1 I've had for many years, and while I find that each one seems to be nicer than the next, this one has kept me happy. The rest are relatively new purchases and represent upgrades, with the exception of the 27-D, which replaces a 63, and the 35-P which replaces another of the same grade. Comments always welcome!!

Those D mints all have the same look, like they came from the same hoard!

Love the 13 and 35 toning. Great job, as usual, Todd. Thanks for sharing.

When I look at Buffalo Nickels for sale, I never see any
with such beautiful toning. I guess most of these were
from the same hoard and you were at the right place

In fact the 20-D, 28-P and 28-D all did come from the same herd/seller, who had acquired a collection from one individual. In a bit of coin karma, all of my duplicates were sold to one collector, so I snapped up all from one set, and all the corresponding ones of mine moved en mass to another collector. The 13P came from a Heritage auction many moons ago. The 27-D came from a more recent Heritage auction. The 35-P came from ebay, a gamble on a cruddy photo that paid off in spades.
