I LOVE toning like this. Deep electric blue with an overlay of golden orange. Splashes of purple and lighter gold are also mixed in. It's really vibrant in hand. Reminds me of a late evening Midwest summer sunset.
eye appealing raw and unacknowledged that doesn't come back in a genny holder when i send it in for grading
the diversity that can be found keeps my interest up too
here's a couple soon to be graded

Post an example. Not my coin but for my tastes this is perfection.
1883 Morgan
Original.
The coin you posted is what I would call envelope toning. I like it. I prefer album toning.
Not the cleaned retoned "Benson" or Newman album look. The Wayte Raymond.

For silver coins, I like even, mellow, crusty...and subtle, pretty colors -
On the other hand, I thought this was nice -
For copper, I like smooth chocolate -

This one isn't mine. I thought about bidding on it, until it hammered for $4000......which is about quadruple it's current market value.
I know it's mostly white and may not qualify but it's originality speaks LOUDLY. Great strike, too.
Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Rain bow of course!
I may be the only one who really doesn't really like the rainbows. I understand the rarity....but they just look wrong(?) to me, even when natural.
While you look down your nose at me, I hope you'll accept "to each his own".
