    Would it make a coin more valuable if we could definitively identify a fingerprint as belonging to someone famous?

    Sometimes prints can help with toning.
    In this case it didn't.

    I always thought it was interesting that fingerprints didn't affect the grade.
    They can definitely affect the eye appeal.

    I love how the auction description doesn't mention the print, only speckles of carbon.
