    Without going to investigate, how many Orleans struck dollars are there with this series? Cool stuff.

    I think that there are six. He only needs the 1851 and the 1855 which is a Type II.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.     Billjones is correct.

    Missing 1851 and 1855.

    Neither are hard to find, but locating them with good strong strikes can make them a bit elusive.

    You might find the 1855-O harder to find that you might think. I saw a fair number of "optimistically graded" pieces in Mint State holders. Finding a nice looking, well struck AU for AU money can be a challenge.

    This one looks better in person since, as usual, my photography makes every mark look bigger than it is. This coin is a well struck AU-58.
