Does this holder look OK?
The reason I ask is the cert number comes up as a PF62

It looks like you're the first person that checked the cert number this century.
You can fix your image display problem easily at Photobucket. Go to settings/albums and uncheck the "link back to albums" box. That will do away with the extraneous html text and left-justify your images.

Thoughts on looking for an upgrade on this? Or shoot for gold CAC?
If you don't care about the rattler go for a "regrade". Graders will see the coin raw so they don't have to be conservative. You'll get it back in a new holder (they're the best ever). And there's no premium for an upgrade.
