PCGS will grade it... which makes it 1/2 MA and thats all you should probably care about.

It could go either way, but I'd side a little more for AT. Looks very similar to the work of a prolific tone doctor.

Absolutely natural toning. Besides that, it's about the worst photo anyone could take to showcase nice toning.

Looks AT to me. Also, the pictures are horrible and the description says "unknown origin". Lots of red flags there.
