still trading my BU AGEs for your BU ASEs. We'll use APMEX "random year" prices to compare apples to oranges for a fair trade. I have all four AGE sizes in airtites. BST references available upon request. PM if interested.

Nice to see some action still exists here. I've all but given up selling on here image

Everyone seems to rather go with Apmex and pay more but OOOOOO they get free shipping and have to wait longer to receive. Oh but they get to pay with a credit card OHHHHH...big freakin deal. That's precious metal financial suicide.

Anyway, I'll get off my rant, nice to see business still being done here.

    Grotesquely huge, fat, thick SILVER.

1971 Panama 20 Balboa. This was the first year of issue for this series, which lasted until 1981. When the silver run-up began in 1980, I remember these being melted without question. Into the pot they went. Not the hint of a second thought. Funny thing is they were pretty rare from the outset. This piece, for example, had a mintage of just 69,000. I would wager at least half of them were melted. NGC population is only 26 pieces.

It weighs almost 4.25 ounces of .925 purity (actual silver weight 3.85 ounces pure). It dwarfs just about any other coin you'll find. And it's thick--like almost 1/4 of an inch thick!

    It's a matte MS example, I'd grade it MS63 or MS64.

    Asking $79 shipped
