1936 buffs

Here are a pair of relatively NewPs. I was happy with all my 1936 issues, but they don't make sense to slab at the grade level I collect, so NewPs was the course. The 36-D is all about the color, having typical strike for the issue. This is a departure from my prior collecting goals of focusing on strike, but I like to think my tastes have matured to focus on overall eye appeal. The 36-P has it all in my mind: strike, luster and color, with the spot in the central obverse being the only limiting factor. Now I just need to find an S mint that can keep up with these two. Comments always welcome.

I have an extensive 'accumulation' of Buffs... and a small collection (there is a difference).

Although I have had these for many, many years, none exhibit tarnish... absolutely none.
