Fun thread, and a fun grade. I like the stuff I'm seeing here.

Whaddya know- even though I'm down to pretty much just a box of twenty, I do have a VF30.

Not sure if this one counts, but I'll post it, just for something different.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

They appear to be drift marks which, like laminations, are a type of planchet flaw.

Oddly enough I have only a couple of VF-30 graded items, but they are of importance.

1793 Chain Cent, S-4.

1792 Half Disme

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.
