Wondering what the plan is.....when you want or need to sell your gold or silver you have been stacking where will you go?
LCS? Online auction or dealers? Craig's list(just kidding), BST or where? Leave to heirs? FeeBay?
I did a forum search but nothing came up.
Seems quite a few of us here stack for various reasons but what is the exit strategy?

If I did find myself in a situation where I would need to sell, I guess the timeline would determine where I would sell. The shorter the timeline, the closer to home I would sell.
Smaller items:
Shortest timeline: Local B&M
More than a week: BST Board / the Bay.
Larger Items:
Shortest timeline: B&M (Offer depending)
More than a week: Probably APMEX and friends on the BST board.
I have sold PMs only once (To make a mortgage payment).

This, because she has been educated in the process of it all. And when I die, I hope she pays off all bills with the life insurance money first, then invests at least 70% of what's left in the game, but that will be her decision.
I knew it would happen.

Small sales, meet at bank cash machine or Starbucks and exchange.
Large amounts, meet at buyer's bank, he gets cashier check payable to me.

I too have had success with CL, but on the buy side mostly at below spot.
BST on the sale side.

I see you are cautious when dealing on this venue. Congratulations... there are almost weekly cases of people meeting death or serious injury when dealing on Craigslist.... Cheers, RickO

good place for a fed sting involving large amounts that require federal paperwork.
