I have a 2-feather 29-S that grades 64 and the third feather is absolutely 100% gone. So unlike other dates, if there's any evidence of the third feather, I'd say it is not a 2-feather variety.
Sorry-no. The real deal has a completely missing feather. The upcoming CPG will have a new format for these with several added dates, the '29-S is among them.
