There's a ton of awesome stuff on this thread, especially that Mantle and 81 FASC rack box! March has been a good month for me. One of my favorite pickups was a load of 75 mini wax (to go along with the two I got in the last group rip).

Stephen, that is a sweet box indeed! And I don't even collect football, LOL..

    Matt, razor sharp Mantle, too!

Brad, the plethora of 75 mini wax is hypnotizing me, LOL!

Always wanted this pair. Two of the absolute All-Time Greats, both synonymous with iconic numbers they achieved-- "56" and ".406." That they both achieved those numbers in the same year, and have two beautiful cards in the same set from that very year, representing the two classic divisional rivals, well all that has always struck me as so awesome. Perhaps one of the greatest, and certainly one of the most statistically significant, seasons in baseball history. The duo tells a good story of the game, the same way we think of players with entwined legacies like Shoeless and Cobb, or Ruth and Gehrig.

My addition to my Gibson collection. Only 10 ever graded, and also not a bad player in the #2 position.

Finished March with a bang. I received today the last single signed baseball I need for all the 500 home run club members before tackling the big three. I present Mr Pujols:

1975 Topps is one of, if not my favorite, issue from the 1970s. Just picked this beauty up~Carter on top and McCovey on back.

It's getting difficult to find any cards that would improve my set so adding the 1985 Topps WWF promo sheet to my collection will have to do. Cheesy yes but I like it.
