I've spy an improvement at PCGS!

Used to be when you sent in a problem order, it would get shunted aside and sometimes it would actually be WEEKS before someone at PCGS got around to contacting you to try and get the problem corrected in order for the process to proceed.
Dang! I hated being in that boat so was ever after very thorough in reviewing each submission to make sure every thing was hunky-dory before sending it off to the OC.
But recently I short paid return postage and was very pleased to be contacted the same day the order was received so that the problem could be fixed ASAP.
Well! That is a nice change!

I concur! I made an error and I was contacted upon arrival at PCGS, it was confirmed, corrected and sent on to grading. I was also very impressed!.

I got a same day call when I once forgot to sign the CC line. I appreciated the quick call!
