So is a 12 day economy turnaround a bad short-term sign for CLCT?

Yes, I paid the 10 dollars more per coin to get a 1 point grade bump.

I submitted my coins for economy at FUN, it posted at PCGS on 01/14, grades showed up on 02/03, coins are now on their way! image Not bad turnaround at all.

    I'm envious.
I also submitted Economy coins at FUN, and they also posted active on 01/14.
    But no results yet.
    When in doubt, don't.

The fastest turnaround I had was last year when I sent in coins using my Collector's certificate. I dropped off the coins at USPS and by the time I got home, they were waiting for me. I still complained about the turnaround. image

I submitted a few coins at FUN...

Cross over Express submission due to value.
    Got results in 9 days.

    Cross over Regular submission ...
    Got results in 24 days

Regrade Express submission due to value...
    Got results in 7 days.

    Regrade Regular submission....
    Still waiting !!!!image

Regular Modern Submission - Oversize Holders -
...still waiting... Not concerned about that one.

The Express submissions should be lightening fast
but three months ago, my Express submissions were
6 and 8 weeks from date of acceptance into their system.
I had 21 coins in for express - and they treated them like
an economy submission. I'm still waiting for Customer Service
to get back to me - I discussed this with Customer Service Mgr
while at FUN and sent him the order numbers. My phone call
messages get no answers, an in person face-to-face discussion
and my emails go unanswered. Something is seriously wrong here.

    Sorry... Had to vent.
