"one very tuff image to work with"

just a guess anyways....unc details improperly cleaned

i struggled a lil with proof or ms...but ms won...for no rim support at all of proof
her "ms halo" around her silhouette looks muted...polished?
i was still tempted to drop a proof guess in

    oh well
not the 1st gtg i'll blow it on and wait for results

    PR63?

Hard to be sure as photo might overstate or understate the hairlines.

Certainly has Proof characteristics, but I've never seen a walker Proof that didn't have
full hand details, unless I just can't it.....you've stumped me, so I'll pass on guessing the grade.

Proof Details Cleaned, your first photo gives it away that the coin was given a details grade.

Likely details...no grade.... however, I would buy it because the date has sentimental value to me.... Cheers, RickO

Trick question for you folks! It looks a lot like a proof - so much so that when it came into a shop here in town it confounded the owner and a few others.
I was told they finally sent it in just on the off chance it graded proof.

I bought it for $15 yesterday! image

    Looks polished.
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
