No, I had my fun and made my money on them already, especially the gold ones.

I'll bet these are the pieces that were returned. I bought a Douglas MacArthur $5 gold at the end of the period, and it had enough marks to make it only an MS-67 or 66. I would not order one of these pieces. You are better off in the secondary market.

Had my fill. The market has collapsed on these. Still have them is sealed boxes including the gold. Only ones doing well are the PCGS signature series from the dealers.

    From the Mint numbers:

    2014 BASEBALL HOF SILVER PROOF..267,851..11/23/2014..N
    2014 BASEBALL HOF SILVER UNC.....131,914...11/23/2014..N

That's 399,765 sold, with 235 left before max mintage. So they're selling to the last coin...

The mint tied the game, so they've gone into extra innings.

    … ain't that the truth Bill ?

Or in the words of Babe Ruth:

" The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth a dime."

The funny thing is down here in Florida a of the major league clubs sell all the tickets to those games before spring training starts. image

Perhaps the mint will do as well.
