Gauging interest in a group sub LET'S GO!!!! VINTAGE now popped!

I'm a little rusty gents, but I MAY do a group sub next month. Just trying to gauge if there is any interest....prefer people who have subbed with me before, and already know the routine and what PSA expects.

20-40 is too many. I just do this to help a few people out with only a few. If you have 40 cards to send in, you should really think about joining yourself.

I always send the subs out Overnight Express with the applicable insurance. Usually cost around $70 to ship it that way, but it is worth it. Still not foolproof I guess?

I have around 10 cards--I'll mail the 4 to you now to meet the Friday deadline so I can at least have those in the group sub. Hopefully I'll have the other 6 ready to overnight be Friday.

It seems to ALWAYS go until the very last day. Then you rush to get it done and sweat getting to the Post office. Sure enough, the next day NEW specials are posted. Then you wish you hadn't rushed on the sub!

There seems to be some confusion over turnaround times. The PSA Special is 50 BUSINESS days!! You can't count weekends. There is typically 20-23 business days in a month. Also, the 50 days is NOT guaranteed. It is an estimate - they might be quicker, they might be slower.

Im guessing you got some anxious PMs. to anyone that subbed with Bobby.... Don't worry about your cards. I've subbed with him several times and ide rather sub with him than send my own submissions. We will be lucky to get poppage by March madness. Be patient and don't worry.. Your cards are in good hands.

By the way.. Seeing this thread really got my hopes up that we got miraculous 2 week poppage.

Chad, the cards are much too eclectic for me to predict quick poppage. That is the only negative thing with these group subs. You guys pull some oddball cards out that I have never even heard of! About the only times I have ever received quick poppage were when the cards were ALL the time (i.e. EVERY single card was 1962 Mars Attacks). When it is such a mixed variety such as these, I am thinking it will take the whole 50 days, and I would DEFINITELY not be surprised if it took longer.
