Will the registry allow you to input a coin that is not attributed on the tag?

Wow! That set will not only take money; it will take much time and patience. Some of those coins are extremely rare, making them essentially unavailable. If you are ten years old now, and live to be 120, you still might not complete it. But don't let that discourage you - go for it!

This is a set that I know I will not ever be able to finish, but it will be fun showing the coins as I find them.

OMG, 776 coins to finish the set!!!!! Now there is a challenge. Take heart and know you are the Nr 1 All Time Finest - TODAY - !! Save the screen shot for later on.

I love the concept as it will draw many from every discipline of the Capped Bust Series..... I hope some of the Bust Half Nuts become involved

That sure is a big boy set.

    Too overwhelming for me.

Good luck and congrats on being #1.

Paying to have this set attributed by PCGS will cost a pretty penny. No way PCGS will allow coins in such a set without PCGS attribution on the label.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
  • That will be one heck of a set. What does the grade "N1" mean?

This Capped Bust set always amazed me CB Halves by Overton. It just seems impossible to do but there it is.

    I wish! image

I mean, you can input the coin but it will only be recognized by what the label says.

The only coins allowed in this set without the attribution would be years that only have one variety.....like the 1822 dime. There are some quarters I think. I don't know about the halves.

That's is a "genuine" slabbed coin. Gets one point toward a Registry score

If you have deep pockets and extreme patience, it may be possible. Where you will get hung up is on those R8's.

Russ Logan had all capped bust varieties except the extreme rarities - and most were error coins. He would not have ben a registry player though, as he abhorred slabs and cracked out every one, 100% of his collection was raw: Logan's collection

I don't know who this is.......and they have the set CLOSED!!!imageimage
