I have a fair number of large cents in these holders.
ANACS AU58, purchased from Jonathan Kerns so long ago it was probably a 'fresh coin' at the time:

Here are a few Darkside coins. It probably cost more to slab them than they were worth. I have a couple of US coins in the safe deposit box in small holders from the late 1980's or very early 1990's. If I remember correctly, they have hyphenated 5 or 6 character alphanumeric serial numbers, similar to those posted by Morgansforever in the previous post.

Wow Beautiful Coins, love that 1907 $20. A Texas dealer had a case full of ANACS Double Eagles sometime mid 1990's.

I love these old ANACS holders for the strict grading standards, but I hate them for their ability to mask a rim bump (or maybe 13?).

My Chain Cent is in an ANACS VG details holder, but looks better than that with smooth surfaces. If only I could find a picture of it on my computer.... The coin looks great in the slab, except that I happen to know it has about 13 little rim nicks that are concealed behind the plastic. Similarly, I have an ANACS 1809 AU50 Bust half that I would love to send to PCGS, except I'm afraid of what I'm going to find on the rim (besides an XXX or III pattern) when I crack it.
