For the record I voted door #4. No particular reason, more hoping and wishing that anything else lol. Thought we could have a little fun with a 3 day poll. I know most here could care less what it does in a week, just hoping this might be a turning point to come back a bit.
To forgive is to free a prisoner, and to discover that prisoner was you.
I voted that it'll move sideways for awhile but I've given up making PM predictions since my batting average hasn't been so good.

Short term predictions are always a crap shoot, but I voted for 17 even. In the long run, I see it settling towards 15 over the next 2 to 3 years with some volatility related to currency situations.

Thanks, but wtf do I know lol, this stuff has me baffled...but I keep pluggin along and buy when I feel it's time to. I think that's really all anyone can do for the most part.

<< <i>Voted 17.35 Trend is down, I am starting to buy back in again, waiting for the $300 tube of ASEs befor I jump in with both feet. >>
You might get that $300 tube of ASE when silver hits bottom this cycle. Even at $16 silver we should find rolls in the $350 neighborhood and that's darn good. I just picked up one roll from APMEX last week for $384.99 delivered using a cc payment.
We haven't seen buying opportunities like this since 2010.
The price of PMs is simply a measurement of the confidence placed in other assets/investments. That confidence is currently high. For how long remains to be seen.
$17.27 for the record if anyone cares. This could turn into a thread that tracks its close every Friday and what folks thought of its action during that week, or not. We'll see, it'll play out however it does.
This was the results of the original week that was polled. I deleted the Poll so it would not be voted on any more (because it was after it technically ended) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mondays action was nice ending at $17.35, but what will it do the rest of the week and how will it end Friday (10/10/14) Total Votes: 57
But it will give it all back and MORE ending <$16 by Fridays close 6 (votes) 10.53 (%) It will go up & down all week but will end up roughly at Mondays close of $17.35 18 (votes) 31.58 (%) It will end up right around $17 even 18 (votes) 31.58 (%) It will end the week closer to $18 than $17 9 (votes) 15.79 (%) Polls schmolls, just show me the results 6 (votes) 10.53 (%)

I would suggest a side bet, except (1) I'm already down money in my silver stack, and (2) gambling is illegal in my state. Which is why I play poker with chips instead of Morgans

I do believe however, that starting today, over a 5 year time span, silver is the very best place to put your money, without a doubt.

<< <i> just voted. Door #1. Does that make me pessimistic? or cynical? or perhaps optimistic because <$16 is a great buying opportunity?
