I enjoyed tonight's game very much. Looks like Denver may be the best in the American Football Conference this year.
THE 49r's will rebound and likely finish strong. Do not know about either seattle or Arizona, both are playing below and above expectations. Do not know about Kansas City and San Diego either. Both seem quite good.
Too bad Manning didn't stay in the entire game to pad his record some more. He could've thrown another 6 TD passes. It's not every Sunday he gets to play against a community college caliber defense. Even Trent Diler could've thrown 5 TD passes against this hapless defense.
And during the team's post game dinner the defense some how, some way gave up another 3 TD's.
"Rebound" strong? Pretty hard to do that when your defense gives up 5 TD passes during their postgame press conference. Last place in the division is calling.

Several 49ers players were scheduled to make an appearance this afternoon in San Jose. That appearance has now been cancelled according to the team website. Gosh I wonder why?
Hell, if I was associated with that team that got massacred in front of 30 million viewers last night I wouldn't show my face in public either.
They keep blaming injuries and absence of starters. Injuries happen to every team and every team loses starters. Injuries or no injuries a loss is still a loss. Teams do not get partial credit for playing without starters. The offense was at full strength so no excuses there.
Oh yeah, in the four minutes it took me to type this thread the defense just got 4 more TD's scored on them.

And after an impressive Game 1 out falls two big, fat turds. Lose by 5 runs, lose by 25 runs or lose by one run it's all the same, they lose. I'm not saying this series is over but the Giants better find a way to pull a miracle out of their ass and fast because if things don't change the way this series is going it'll be over by Sunday.

In the beginning, I honestly thought WTCG's act was contrived. I just couldn't imagine someone sipping from a half-empty glass every single day of his/her existence. Well, the next time I decide to think or imagine, someone please intervene. Clearly, and unbelievably, this dude's kvetching is 1,000% genuine. I am pulling so freaking hard for a Giants W in Game 7, cuz I am dying to see what will appear in this thread. 9 more innings to go to determine if the 2014 Giants are worthy of SF Bay Area's fans approval; or if they should not have even showed up for spring training last February.
If the Giants lose Game 7 tonight, there is still hope for SF Bay Area sports fans. The Warriors play their first game of the 2014-2015 season tonight in Sacramento and may just get off to a 1-0 start before they host Kobe and the Lakers this Saturday.
A big congratulations to the Giants on another World Series victory. After what happened last night not many people thought they could do it tonight but they pulled it off. They definitely earned this one. I think out of the three this one was the most gratifying.
In the series Madison Bumgarner earned himself legend status.
Hats off to the KC Royals. They were an excellent team and a scary one especially after mowing through the Wildcard, ALDS and ALCS.

And during the team's post game dinner the defense some how, some way gave up another 3 TD's.
"Rebound" strong? Pretty hard to do that when your defense gives up 5 TD passes during their postgame press conference. Last place in the division is calling.

They keep blaming injuries and absence of starters. Injuries happen to every team and every team loses starters. Injuries or no injuries a loss is still a loss. Teams do not get partial credit for playing without starters. The offense was at full strength so no excuses there.

I agree. This guy is a clown. I have lived in Nor Cal for almost 30 years and I don't know many "fans" like this guy.
i wouldn't go so far as to say that was the game, but I do agree that it was an incorrect reversal. The angle looking from 2nd base, showed finger tips hitting the front edge of the bag with the white of the ball still showing (meaning not nestled in glove yet).
But it did have a big impact , no doubt.

The LVP award goes to Colin Crapernick. Just don't fumble that award. Runner up goes to the offensive line. In the process they gave up another 7 sacks. The defense sucked as always.
