Always enjoy the posts and coins on this thread, proud owner of a Barber Half set VF-AU with a few MS coins sprinkled in the sets, in a pair of LOC's. Had the pleasure of showing them to Tim (Sedulous) a couple of times at the FUN Show. Here's my icon coin, won at GC in 2019, I was the only bidder.

Steve's collection looks really neat in album. He specifically caretakes his collection leaving out plastic slider coverings of the half dollar holes from what I remember and instead uses his own protection strategy. I have seen how sliding plastic can damage a coins surface so I can see why he considered that.

I will be at the Winter FUN 2027 Barber Coin Collector Society Club Booth for anyone who wants to meet up in a couple of months (Orlando, FL).

A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.

@stevefromne . what a great accomplishment. I am just starting to collect Barber coins and I am currently hoping to build a Barber dime date set. In the past I built a date set of Seated Halves. Barber halves offer several challenges that differ from the Seated Half version but both require a great deal of patience. You deserve to be proud of your set. James
