Finally got all 50 of my commemorative boys back in had after some regrading and truviews.

My newly completed 50 piece commemorative set:

See my set!

Take a look and tell me what you think. I think its pretty nice considering the budget I have had t work with. It took me about 9 years and a lot of cash and im still working on it. Sorry I don't have photos for all. I need about 18 more photos. Anyone want to offer me a fair deal to photo the rest? I just cant do it my self.

I immediately noticed the Isabella which looks so much nicer than the assigned grade. Is there a touch of rub that doesn't show? It sure is pretty.

Great Cleveland and the San Diego is wonderful.

Nice. Looked at about a dozen photos of issues I particularly like, looks like you picked well.

    A very nice set.

The San Diego literally made me say, "Wow." Also a big fan of the Washington Carver.

    That Wisconsin is lovely.

I definitely agree that the Isabella is an extremely nice looking coin. I also noticed that the coins "new" tend to be a bit more toned than the others. Have your tastes changed?

You have a very nice set of Classic Commemoratives.

My Commem sets are in the NGC Registry, because I have a number of NGC graded Commems. I have most all the NGC PL Commems in my sets.

I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
  • Whats a shame is a few stars of my show are not trueviewed because I don't want them taken out of their old slabs. Im just going to have to pony up and have one of the great photographers on this site fish the phohtography. You should see my Columbian!

  • That is not the Columbian I still have. I found one 3 times as pretty at the same grade. I will get picks some day.

Great looking set! Congratulations on putting it together!

The Isabella sure looks undergraded to me. I particularly like the Delaware, the Maine, the San Diego and the Wisconsin.

Hey, that coin looks familiar. It came to live with me. If the replacement is three times prettier, it must really be something. Here's my photo of it:
