  • Merit is being sued for fraud by the city of Santa Monica. You can place that order online but I believe that you will get a call from some boiler room salesman to "confirm" your order and try to upsell you to something a little more profitable for them.

    Being sued for fraud and convicted of it are 2 different things, or have we forgotten that? But I do completely understand the hesitance. Had I known that before posting this, I would not have.

    Yes but you can always use them for leverage if the well known ones will match their price. Would fraud charges cause someone like JMBullion to refuse to match their price/s? Anyone ever order from Merit and get stiffed?
