Prices have dropped as well and few are selling even at the lower price. The 2008 will remain the "Price King"

for the same reason the 2013 is the "Mintage King" and that is quantity available. The most money is in the

PCGS PR70 First Strike and there are 1,162 of the 2013's which is three times the number of 2008's

which is only 387.
