My gut says MS66

But as I've always said, "you can't really grade from a photo or scan".

Grading by images is tough enough, scans even tougher. I'll wager 64/65. I bet the obverse is booming with luster.

I think the 2 obverse scratches, tone , moderate luster ,drag it into the 64 range ,64+

Given what I perceive to be a few scratches on the obverse I'd grade it MS-64. It appears to have original surfaces, which is a big plus.

I dont think it will grade becuse of the scratch. If that is a scratch.
