XF-something. Would think the color might take it to 45, but appears to lack luster

I almost bought this coin at the ANA show on the first day. There are very interesting lines on the reverse from the "AR" in QUAR. through "DOL".

Edited to add: I really liked the coin when I saw it in person. Nice addition.

I know the grade of this coin, as I saw it on a dealer's website. I liked the look a lot, but it was already on hold, so I was spared the temptation to buy it. Congratulations on a very appealing coin!

What do you think caused those lines - defective planchet?

I had admired that coin many times on the dealers site - nice coin for the grade.
