metals moving up or down?

I'm thinking it's time for the metals to take a break. I'm not looking for them to do much either way up or down.

Gold=down
Silver=down

I'm thinking up. I expect a summer rally and then another short term drop.

In years past, it seemed that metals would normally stagnate or go down over the summer months. The recent past has been different, where the summer doldrums tended to be ignored. Perhaps we are back in a more traditional pattern, with losses during the summer, and then in the fall will pick up again.

It sure doesn't act like a currency. It acts more like a commodity.

Reminds me of the Reese's Peanut Butter commercials. You got peanut butter in my chocolate. The advertiser makes more than the confectioner. Just my two cents... which after taxes is basically worthless.
