I know a lot of members don't get too overly excited over Jefferson nickels, but that's a beaut!

    You SUCK! And Congrats!

I've been busy as well. I've recently added the 39-S in MS66+, the 44-P in MS67+, and the 45-S in MS67+ to the hoard listed

    HERE.

    Take Care!

That's exactly what I was thinking. Where did you find it?

This one has been in my raw coins forever. Was looking through the box a little while back and decided to give it a try. Well....3 tries to be exact! Not a crisp "fully struck" example, but a nice one. Hope to get some pictures posted early this coming week.

So, since you opened the can... inquiring minds want to know... what grades did it get the other times?

And thanks for the kind words on my set. Now find something that helps upgrade it... image

    MS66, MS67, MS67FS

Our host makes us work too hard sometimes on great coins.

Well, a nice 1948-S in MS67FS would go in there!

Here you go! Not the best pics, but the best I can do with my limited mental capacity!
The steps are a little soft, but all there. I just could not get'em for the shot!
