I generally don't like Morgans, but I can recognize great quality when I see it. Those ones are of such quality
1881-S: MS65. I'd give it a higher grading, but those hits on the neck are pretty obvious. If such marks were to be overlooked, I suspect the coin would fetch an even higher grade- notice how well struck the eagle's talons are.
1879-S: MS65-MS66. Same as above, but the hits on the neck are just slightly more subtle.
1879-S (second one): MS64. Generally very well struck, with clean fields, but the rims are badly hit- and it shows. That black spot at the top of the obverse distracts the viewer as well.
1878-S: MS62 or MS63. This one's a bit trickier. It seems that the coin was well struck at some point, but unless the photos are deceiving me, there seems to be some wear on the obverse, and on the eagle's chest (reverse). Unlike the previous three, there are quite a bit of hits on it.
If it weren't for those hits on the neck, I'd give a couple of these MS66+ or MS67's. They're gorgeous.
Overall they look like nice coins. The first coin looks pretty impressive.

That second batch of pics shows the blaze of luster! Nice clean coins!!! Now- give us the resolution and clarity of the first group of photos, with a bit of the harder lighting present in the second batch.... And, it might be easier to guess a grade- (as if you've got nothing better to do)
Suffice it to say.... My guess if you've got some super nice high grades coming your way..... Mental morphing the different photos to come up with this
Luck be with you.
