OP has excellent taste. I try to catch a game when I travel. The last one was Galatsaray vs. a local team called the "Golden Eagles" when I was in Istanbul last September.

After your post I turned on the game. I couldn't find anyone in the crowd and got bored. But sometimes it's amazing. The kinesthetics near the goal are indescribable. And good company........

But it's not like hockey, where you go to a fight and a game breaks out.
