It's not just paper metal dropping in price. 10oz silver bars are now available for immediate delivery for under $250 at Provident. I don't recall them that cheap even when silver hit its low a month ago.
Since there's no rush to buy, the sellers - led by refiners who have been working like mad for four weeks - will try to dump their stock as quickly as possible. We may even see physical selling at a discount to paper, as happened in the late 90's and early 2000s.
