1927-D MS65 SLQ Newp!

Just got off the phone with Steve from Stateline Coin Exchange, LLC. about a beautiful SLQ I saw he had listed on Ebay. We took the deal offline and he gave me a more than fair price on it. Very happy. Steve's a great guy and I hope to do more business with him in the future!

I'm having a bit of a buying spree lately. My wife is starting to give me funny looks. I'll probably have to pump the brakes soon haha

Here's his pictures! I'm mailing the check out tomorrow image Thanks for looking guys.

    Thanks guys!

Can't believe how cool Steve was. As soon as we agreed on a price he said he'd pull the auction. I was surprised as the few times I've called dealers with auctions running on Ebay told me they were going to leave it up until they were paid. He took it down as soon as we were off the phone.

It's a nice looking SLQ and I've always liked this low mintage issues as I feel it very underrated.

That is a lovely coin. I bought a few from him in the past. He always seems to have choice, for the grade, coins.

I've never liked a blast-white coin (re: its obverse) so much before, and the soft multicolored toning on the back is the cherry on the top. Congratulations on your NewP!

Very clean obverse and nice definition of Miss Liberty's rt. leg. I'd have to see the coin in hand re the reverse to see whether I like the toning or not. I think minor chatter in viewer's lower lt. quadrant on reverse dropped the coin into a 5 holder. On the whole, a nice coin, and you didn't have to sell a family member you like to get it, which would not be the case if this was a FH coin in this grade..

Yeah it looks ever better in hand. I was happy with the $550 price tag! I wanted it at $525 but I wasn't going to pass this baby up over $25 bucks!
