Am I right to be skeptical of these 1 oz RCM gold bars?

Found through a local online ad. Price borders on too good to be true. Four mint sealed RCM bars. I'll of course be weighing and examining them very closely. The only thing that worries me is the packaging, which doesn't seem to match any that I've seen before on RCM bars. I've never seen that large extra flap with that "assay certificate" round logo, and I am unable to find another example of it.

Can anyone point me to a seller or image that matches this type of packaging? Thanks.

As the saying goes "If it's to good to be true - avoid" or "knowledge is power" - if your not familiar with what you are planning on spending your hard earned Fiat Currency on..avoid. Personally, I would only purchase gold bars from well known Nationwide bullion dealers ie APMEX, Provident or the like. Or directly from the Mint issuing them, if possibe. To may counterfeits floating around.

Just out of curiosity, what is the price relative to spot?

About 10% back of spot for all four.

OK, the deal is bogus. That is WAAAAAAAY over the border of too good to be true. I was wondering if you meant something like $5 over, which would be a cheap premium but better for the seller than getting $10-15 back of spot from a dealer.

Have never seen that packaging, but it could have been something new.
