    Neither do I since they represent when the box was packaged and sealed and not necessarily when the coins were minted and delivered to packaging.

    Not to mention the fact that, since the implication is new dies and as such high quality strikes, the dies for these coins are changed out every 6,000 strikes with 2 strikes per coin. This could be interpreted as meaning a new die set for every 12th box.

    Wouldn't it?
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
