    Wish I had gone to the exposition. Would have picked up a few. I might have flipped some in 1916 though and I would be pretty old now.
    Gold and silver are valuable but wisdom is priceless.

    That is always a concern with these coins. I would advise anyone who is thinking of bidding to look at it for themselves or have an agent look at it.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    So with PCGS new service, will they be able to remove the putty?
    I was thinking that about those in altered surfaces holders that are not cleaned.
