    63

And it does have the luster and basic eye appeal of a 64 as well. Just a few too many lines and tiny hits. I have seen similar quality in 64 holders though.

First thought was 64, but marks above E pluribus on reverse give me pause.

First thought was 64, but I always seem to undergrade Gold...so I'll say 65.

I suspect the rim dings will keep it at 62.

Those are not rim dings, they are plastic from the rattler PCGS holder.

Yes, I don't think he is on ebay anymore. My dealings
were all very satisfactory. I am a lowball bidder and buy about 3% of the coins on which I bid.

I had one issue with a chipped slab, and he gave me a credit.

Thanks for all the guesses. It's a pretty coin, with pretty orange color to it.

The first pictures make it look nice but from the second picture you can see hairlines from cleaning. Don't crack it out .

Everything you see on the first pic is present on the second and I don't see any evidence of cleaning as hairlines in general plague this series.

1926 and 1932 Philly's come far more baggie then the rest of the series and to find an example that isn't you can normally forget about even MS63-64 and need to step up to atleast MS65.

And as an FYI, the color in the first picture and the picutre of the slab (done w/ an Iphone) are spot on for the color of the coin. Just a rich, orange gold that I find very appealing.

Facial hairlines in the 1986-1990 were very much frowned upon. A single facial hairline on a $10 Indian or a Barber quarter/half automatically dropped the grade to no higher
than MS64 no matter how nice the coin was otherwise. Could have been mark free with color to die for.....MS64. These days, a couple facial hairlines might only keep the
coin from a 67. This rattler 1932 is probably a 62 today and could easily go 63 as well. Good candidate for a gold beaner. The facial hairlines on this coin look quite superficial and
not related to a cleaning...just some coin to coin contact.
