Actually picked some stuff up. Some 64's to finish a roll and some casino middles at melt for no real reason. Hadn't been to my guy in a little bit, was wonderring where I'd been.

Asked about any small gold and he said nobody has brought any in to sell, but he could use several hundred 1/10s for xmas.

Not much to share. Couldn't pass these up at a buck over melt, though:

Close your eyes and imagine a pile of 8 Silver Eagles covered in $4.40 face of 90%......that's what I traded for 3 collector coins this week but hasn't make it here yet for a photo shoot.

Today I grabbed 3 AU morgans for $29 each and a circulated 1996 silver eagle for spot +1.50

On Wednesday, I picked up a few scarce art bars. I've never seen the "motorcycles" Essayuer Fonduer piece before.
The Mount Everest Mint piece is pretty scarce and just a beautiful art bar in hand.
The Streakers piece is for my dansco set.
I've got about 20 different U.S.S.C. themed art bars, they look really cool sitting side by side.

A couple other pickups from this morning. A 1-gram bar with certificate, hologrammed on the reverse, and in original plastic for melt ($55), and this spoon that caught my eye. It's got a patent date of 1909 and a hallmark, but no other info. Got it for melt, too: ~25.8 grams = .23.865 asw.

Did a quick check on eBay based on the patent date. Looks to be a Gorham Whiting Madam Jumel piece.

    Cool stuff everyone.
    Great chunky 1/2K rawteam.
Meltdown- your "streaking" bar reminds me of the movie Old School where Will Ferrell a.k.a. Frank-The-Tank streaks.
    Weiss- neat looking old spoon

It's a .5 Kilo bar. Very neat bar in any case.

I had to do a double take on that 0.5 kilo as well. Looked like a 5 kilo at first.

I did find 2 40% half dollars in the drawer at work this week. That is about it for me this week

IMO, the USSC "Streak" silver art bar is the best art bar find of the group of bars you posted because of this particular theme. Congrats. image I have some USSC bars but I do not know how exactly many of them that I have. I will have to check my records to see how many USSC bars that I currently have in my collection.
