Are pre sales allowed on eBay? New Retro NGC Black Slab

Was looking on the bay and saw a pre sell for Black NGC Retro slabs that are coming out in
October. I was wondering if sellers can do a pre sell for items on eBay? Looked through customer
service and didn't see anything about can or can't. Any one know?

Yes, they are allowed as long as they meet certain criteria.

NGC just announced one option for the new Retro Black Slab. It can be ordered with a doily label ... sales are expected to soar! image

Yes, and for something like this, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Shame on me I don't keep up with this kind of news and I feel funny asking about these slabs here but is it for only a limited time they are putting submissions into black holders? OMG I've got some coins that would be absolutely something else in black holders.

They are only available for Sac. and Prez. dollars and Silver Eagles. I think that's it!

What ever happened to collecting coins?image

I'm glad that I am still and always will be a "coin" collector.image

If they ever put a dime I need in one of these "retro" holders.....I will buy it....crack it....and send it in!

This is what I've been thinking about my Franklin set. The coins are all white and very lustrous. I think they'd look great in a black holder. I just don'know if I want to spend that much to reholder the whole set.

Edit: Oh well, I just read that re-holders aren't available anyway.

Another thing that would hold me back is the fact that I don't think I'm done upgrading. I've only been at it for 12 years. image
