OT: Who have you seen in concert the most?

For me, it's a tie, at 3 times apiece, between Styx, REO Speedwagon (I've seen them coheadlining 3 times, in different years), and Weird Al Yankovic.

Reap the whirlwind.

<< <i>Scott is going to blow everyone away here with Springsteen, but I've seen U2 three times. >>
Dan, thanks for warning everyone . . .
I have lost count of the exact number after number 300 during the Reunion Tour, but I'm in excess of 350 shows since my first Bruce concert in 1975 (with 8 more upcoming in August and September)... Sick? Maybe, but I have friends (with way too much money and free time) that are closing in on 1000 shows since 1973. Bruce has probably played about 2200-2500 shows over the past 40 years.
Since 1998 I've seen Gov't Mule 30+ times and will be seeing them again in a couple months.
Both bands have (well, for BT, had) very deep catalogs, so seeing a 3 or 4 night run of either band would net very few repeats. Great for little mini vacations (long weekends) throughout the year.
I've seen at least a dozen bands 5+ times. I'm actually spending less time & money on cards these days and getting back into music.
Pink Floyd (the most)
Grateful Dead (next most)
I've seen Yes four times over the years.
I didn't get a program the last time.
I also saw the lead singer, Jon Anderson,
when he came to a small club about 75
miles from here. He was pushing one of
his solo albums, but they played some
Yes songs too. The best thing was that
it wasn't crowded, and I was able to stand
just a few feet away.

Very nice. Did you see PF with Waters/Gilmour or after the split?

6+ times... all 3 singers
Dave Grohl is REALLY the nicest guy in Rock N Roll.
A cool side story--during college, I worked part time with a show security group in North Carolina called "Show Pros". I got to work one Floyd show during that run, and was very excited to be posted back and side stage during the day--got to meet and speak to Gilmore and Mason. Wish there were camera phones back in the 80's. I felt pretty lucky in any case watching the behind the stage operations, and hearing the whole show from behind and beside the stage.

This is a great thread. Another great thread would be: If you could put the original band together (i.e no Beatles or Clash - maybe the Stones) what would you pay? I think the band that COULD reunite that would get the most bread for the reunion tour would be the Smiths.
The disco biscuits and Dave Matthews band maybe 30 times each
