Ok, now going through the 1976's. These are just unreal! 1500+ singles all pack fresh! They were probably touched once and put in a box... Check a few out...
No BS, I just got done going through the 76's and pulled 176 cards that have PSA 9/10 quality. Im sure I missed on a a couple or a few that end up 8's but these cards are just SICK!

These boxes hadnt been touched in years. Im sure they got pulled long ago. I was happy to find 1 sweeet Yount though! There were 2 Ryans waaay o/c that I posted earlier. Found a few other stars, some right on and some O/C
Interesting .. an offer for a Cinderella Girl's Watch on the back of a wrestling card!

Just went through about 6000 gray back opc 1981's. About 75% of them were o/c. I took them anyways. Figured I would do ok with the better centered cards and the fact that they were from crisp from vending. Here are my Bretts..OUCH! Most of the stars looked like this but not all. Also got 51 Schmidts that look like the Bretts..
<< <i>Are you going to take the risk of subbing all at once, or are you going to space it out ? >>
Going to space it out. Cant see myself spending over 4k in grading fees all at once. Plus the fact I dont want to kill the pop report on some of the cards I have qty on...
Ok another scan from the 76's. These are hands down the nicest o pee chee cards I have ever handled. I have opened lots of 70's opc including multiple 77 boxes and the 76's I have here just AWESOME!
A good question would be why do these dealers/people have all this OPC stuff laying around untouched and un-sifted through? Do they not know about grading? Do they not know that OPC cards are starting to heat up? Do they not know that vintage ANYTHING has value, regardless of whether or not they are OPC? Where the heck did you find this stuff?

Its ALL hockey up there or should I say 99% hockey and 1% baseball/non sports

I agree along with the 2 Ryan 1976's that are razor sharp but waaay o/c
Tom ... I never understood how someone could grade the corners on those rough cut OPCs. NO WAY you can tell if there is a slight touch on some of those. Does this make it easier for an OPC to find its way into a "10" slab?

No not at all. Infact I think it makes it harder. I will say that the cuts in my opinion stand out more by looking on the backside of the cards. A good example is the 73's. The black on the backside will look like it has a sharp cut even though it may be rough on the edge. Kind of hard to explain but you may have an idea what im saying?

I have a couple 1977 Dave Parkers that have that very rough edge that have come back PSA 8's. I have also seen cards with the same cut come back as 10's. So I guess in a way, I dont even know what to look for. But im sure that it does NOT make it any easier
Got me a package being sent to me from Canada Hope to have it nezt week. I had a chance to buy this stuff when I was there and didnt because I was so focused on opc. Well my package will contain Topps cards and will post more pics when it shows up. I think many people here will be amazed at what they see!
Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all "right-thinking" people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
