Could have sworn there was a "Where is Felicia now" thread, but can't find it now

Just getting back into town since Monday a.m. and wanted to read the rest of that thread, but can't find it. Was it renamed..or moved?

I only posted because I was aware of the sentencing and the depth of his very sad and self-destructing demise. Unfortunately there were those who made it into a joke by posting about zombie cards which really derailed the thread.
A man, who many here looked up to in terms of his collecting prowess and generosity is now serving hard time...his life is destroyed.

I didn't quite get it either, but it's clear that's what happened. There was nothing offensive posted, people weren't squabbling with each other, no one was talking politics. Once the Felicia discussion had played out and the topic shifted to something else (which happens all the time around here, right?), some of us were having some fun with it. Then it was just gone.
My assumption is that someone complained and got their way, but I do not know that.

I don't think the thread got toasted because of the zombie stuff, but given the gravity and seriousness of the issue, I think the zombie guys could have begun their own thread and had at it. To me, it was kinda like having a party at a funeral home...but that's just my 2 cents. Nothing against zombie guys, I just thought it didn't belong.
I'd offer to chat via PM, but I've told everything I know about Felicia.
The original post could quite literally have been about anything- and I would have been in there with the same amount of enthusiasm.

No disrespect but HIS life is destroyed? How about the victims he took for millions and now they no longer have a retirement savings to fall back on. I feel no pity for the "person" in question. I feel pity for those he screwed out of their hard earned savings because someone got greedy and didnt want to put in the hard work his victims did to earn a respectable living and a savings. He found it easier to steal from others, live high on the hog at others expense and provide his victims with no recourse as they will never see their funds again. Pardon me if I care less if his life was destroyed. Hopefully he will see the error of his ways and become a respectable citizen when he gets out and works to repay those he stole from but somehow I doubt that will happen.
I also feel like posting zombie pictures as a reply to that thread was a weird defense mechanism to downplay the severity of the issue but maybe I am over analyzing.
<< <i>I find the whole Felicia con fascinating. IMO, Scott Yermish or what ever his name was working a long con on the board and other things (bigger scams)got in the way before he was able to capitalize on his work here. His ability to win over long time members who continued to defend his name to the end, show how con men are able to build trust and twist minds. It also shows that our hobby, like just about any other that one that involves high dollar items, is always prone to scamsters and schemesters looking to make their buck with no consideration for the hobby itself.

I don't think so. Fandango was a moron and couldn't have made that parallel on his own.
I just shake my head and thank God I kept my powder dry, I was right on the edge of being scammed. Very weird to think back to sitting at his kitchen table discussing things...then that evening enjoying the company of his "friends", who were clearly targets and now vicitms...blue collar workers all, but I had no inkling or idea what was taking place.
I hope he is beyond miserable and claustrophobic in his cell.

<< <i>The Felicia days were fun around here. "She" did a good job being "Felicia." >>
The real Felicia must have picked up a few bad traits from her hubby. Remember "her" mentioning going to the Bellagio in this thread?

Here's one: Bellagio filing
Looks like she may have been unable to pay a marker.
Of course, this does not make her guilty of what her husband was involved in. In fact, her husband's dealings (if she in fact had no knowledge of it) could very well have led to her inability to pay.
I do know they will hunt their money down with the vigor a cheetah has for meat.
I do get a kick out of reading some of the responses in these old posts. Anytime anyone calls her "ma'am" or "way to go, girl" cracks me up. But this one may take the cake:
.TextText If you are insinuating that she is a fraud, then I suggest you apologize immediately
<< <i>t is my understanding that Felicia was the con artist's wife. She is a real person. She also opened a "soap" business in Texas. A simple google search of her full, married name will pull everything up >>

<< <i>Can someone explain property values in El Paso, TX? Her home is valued at $142k. Unless the market in El Paso is really low priced, I didnt see this financial guru living in something that cheap. >>
The market is lower down here. Frame of reference - a house that goes for $400K in CA MIGHT go for $60K there, and about $80K in Dallas. $200K down here should buy you 3000SFt.
