One can hope that NGC ms66 green CAC could give PCGS 65 gold CAC.

I think crossing it over to PCGS is an excellent idea whether the coin is stickered or not if PCGS will cross it.

I truly believe PCGS has nothing to fear a stickered slab because the objective is to try to get it into a PCGS slab if it is at all possible anyway. Once the coin is crossed it can be re-stickered again.

It is ONLY the very old slab such as the NGC black or all white slabs that should not be crossed over to PCGS because they have become COLLECTIBLE slabs in themselves.

The same holds true for the PCGS Regency, doily and some of the PCGS OGH slabs!!!

It is NOT the sticker that is the issue but the collectible antique plastic slab that we do not want to crack out. There are not many of them anyway!!!

But that factors in non CAC (and even non-NGC coins); thus, the number is much lower than what would likely be the probability of this particular coin crossing.

My recent CAC submission had equal coins of PCGS and NGC NOT Cac.

The bean is tough to get but I have also found that NGC coin a bean do not cross at even a 50/50 rate. That said I stopped trying.

I am happy with CAC coins, I don't care if it's NGC or PCGS

    I'd leave it alone.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
