Just keep adding widgets--nicer but kind of generic 90% US silver. It's hard for me to pull the trigger on a $35 round, so somehow a $35 100-year old BU silver dollar makes more sense. These were all bought at or pretty near melt in the last week or two...

Nice rounds, however, I would normally go for the Morgans over rounds... unless it was a topic of specific interest. For example, I have a Secretariat silver bar and a couple of others of interest. Cheers, RickO

For silver I prefer junk silver or morgans. For gold I'm now prefering numis over eagles and maples. I simply like something old.

    So true!

20 oz JM London poured bar image Bought it to flip it, but I don't know if I can. It just sounds too sweet when I ping it!

Picked up his last few heavily tarnished 1 oz JM struck bars as well.

Nice job. Same here, but a remodel. Stainless steel and Corian should definitely be added to the PM list.

This silver art bar is the best find of what you posted this week. That is a very rare piece according to what I found in one of my guidebooks. The "Ugly Duckling" was minted by B.H. Mayer in 1976 and only 100 of those were minted according to the 4th edition Archie Kidd silver art bar guidebook. I have never come across one of those during numerous past coin show visits nor have I seen one at the LCS. I honestly do not know how much they would fetch on ebay because I have not seen one on ebay.

That 1976 B.H. Mayer silver art bar is, by far, the best find based on the low mintage of 100. Congrats. image

BTW, I tried finding a most recent similar "Ugly Duckling" silver art bar like this one that you posted but I was not able to find a most recent completed ebay auction on this bar, however, I did find another B.H. Mayer bar that recently sold for $82.61. Here is the link to the recent completed ebay auction:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/LITTLE-MATCH-GIRL-BH-MAYER-GERMAN-SILVER-ART-BAR-RARE-INGOT-999-COLLECTABLE-/320805958983?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ab1867547

Disclaimer: I also want to mention that I personally know this ebay seller in the above posted ebay completed auction link. I do not currently have any B.H. Mayer silver art bars in my collection and I did not buy that bar in the above link but I have done past business with this ebay seller and I met this ebay seller in person at past coin shows. A very highly reputable ebay seller IMO.

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT a '70's silver art bar expert but I try my best to play one on the Internet.
