bullion question

I have one 2009 Austria silver Philharmonic 1 oz. coin. Looking on eBay these are priced at $42 to $45.
Are people really paying that much?

apparently so but too much. seller has overhead in fees, so he's not getting all of it.

I see an ANACS slabbed MS70 that sold for $49.99 recently.

But I also see several unslabbed pieces that have sold for $35 to $38.

    bull,

got a customer who had three j & M 100 oz bars trying to get spot, no one would even touch the darn things , he tried everywhere. I told him to call apmex which he did and sold them to them at 40 c back of spot today as he was afraid to keep trying to get spot as the price was fading fast.

I think he means that's the average price for actual tangible real silver rather than paper silver.

Really? Every place I have seen uses the spot price for tangible silver.... I must be checking the wrong places. Cheers, RickO

Agree, believe he was referring to the premium to buy actual silver.

If so, why is APMEX having a silver sale on their bars @ .99c over spot?
