What would you consider "Competitive" for silver?

I'm trying to sell a few coins locally and I've spoken to quite a few people... The word "competitive" comes up, and then normally a % of spot. This is for pre64 coinage and a few rounds.
What do you consider competitive?
And... Realistically, not "100%"

Smaller quantities can sometimes be tricky.
Not all generic wounds are created equal. Let's say your generics are top tier.............$1.00 back of spot would be reasonable.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Agree. If you need the cash that's a different story. But I'm holding at this point.
Axiom No.1 - Never sell your 90% silver in NJ.
I knew it would happen.
<< <i>In NJ competitive for 90% is around 69% of spot.

If melt for 90% is considered to be .715 (71.5%) times spot, then 69% seems pretty fair. MJ mentioned 93-95% of spot, where I think he likely means 93-95% of melt, though I don't want to put words in anyones mouth. Are my numbers off here?

69% of spot would be $32.90 x .69 = $22.70/oz.
69% of melt would be $32.90 x .715 = $23.52/oz. x .69 = $16.23/oz.
If the basis is $32.90/oz. @ 100% purity, then we are talking about something different.
I knew it would happen.
<< <i>If no basis is stated, then 69% of anything is a bad deal.

I believe he means .69 of spot equates to 22.7 x face.
Joe.
Joe, that equates to a spot price of $32.90/oz. on a 100% basis. ($22.70/.69 = $32.90)
It's impossible to know what he meant, because he didn't state his basis.
What he said was 69% of spot, which is not the same thing.
69% of a spot price of $32.90 is $22.70/oz. on a 100% basis, which is a bad deal.
